Job Context:
∎ We are currently looking for experienced and eligible candidates for the "Senior Quality Controller" position who are dynamic, proactive, and mentally prepared to work after office hours and during weekends if needed. Physically and emotionally capable of handling work stress.
∎ Good English and Bangla Communication Skills particularly in e-mail communication. Expert User of MS Office and Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and do the evaluation for the new factory before placing the order.
∎ Check, close follow up and coordinate with related parties for all order executions from production to shipment.
∎ Check and verify all material issues and defects. Coordinate with team and factory to check and verify for shortage receiving material.
∎ provide the tech file to the factory.
∎ Check all the samples (copy PPS, size set, shipment sample, TOP sample...), and submit the report within 24 hours.
∎ Conduct the PPM together with the merchandiser team. Prepare and send PPM recap within 24 hours.
∎ Check all the processes, and submit the factory update every day, before 10 am.
∎ Review the pattern, and bulk marker, calculate actual consumption and clarify with the factory for all discrepancies.
∎ Give technical advice to related parties/teams.
∎ Conduct all the inspections according to the weekly QC schedule. Prepare and submit all inline inspections within 24 hours.
∎ Update and submit the reports on time with accurate information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Having deep product knowledge of production operational flow and arrangement;
∎ Having deep technical knowledge, and ability to advise the counterparts (factory, merchandiser, sample room technician...) on solving the technical issues.
∎ Working hard, honest, integrity and responsible with a job.
∎ English communication in working is obligatory.
∎ The merchandising background will be preferable.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
