Job Context:
∎ Department: Quality Assurance
∎ Report to (Direct): Head of Q. A
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect sample quality and production quality
∎ Control sample checking procedure
∎ Check sample as per tech pack provided
∎ Conduct in-line and final inspections
∎ Work closely with factories to update production process
∎ Daily production monitor and up-date the same to senior.
∎ Control product quality and ensure that the delivery is on time to reach company's target to ship
∎ Visit factories and suppliers on a regular basis, as per schedule
∎ Support the company to ensure that the anti-corruption policy is followed.
∎ Must have knowledge about pattern, fabric and wash
∎ Must be able to operate sewing machine when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5years in similar position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment production, Quality Inspection
∎ Must have knowledge on Woven and Knit products
∎ Familiar with AQL4.0/2.5/1.5 sampling standard
∎ Fluency in English both written & communication
∎ Able to make decisions & work independently
∎ Computer skill must (MS Excel, Power point, Email communication)
