∎ BSc. in Textile (Academic qualifications can be considered for high experience in Garment Dye and Denim fashionable wash and working for buyers like ZARA, MANGO)

∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Department: Merchandising
∎ Report to (Direct): Merchandising Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solve all wash issues, ensure good quality production and minimize rewash percentages.
∎ Maintaining chemical management & compliance issues in wash floor.
∎ Performing different types of dry and wet process on garments as per buyer requirement.
∎ Ensure highest-level of quality and meet production target.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of dyes/chemicals in washing to save costing.
∎ Performing different types of washing process on garments as per requirement.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of washing production of the factory to fulfill buyers' requirement, according to shipment schedule.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guideline, procedures and practices.
∎ Making proper recipe according to aesthetic
∎ Adopting with innovation such as sustainable washing processes
∎ Participating at the meeting with management for making washing strategies.
∎ Analyzing market trend follow development accordingly.
∎ Making a continuous work improvement and give report to the higher management.
∎ Communication with other teams like as Merchandising team, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7-8 years in similar position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Dye, Production, Quality Inspection
∎ Fluency in English both written & communication.
∎ Good textile knowledge and familiar with textile production
∎ Able to make decisions & work independently
∎ Computer skill must (MS Office, Email communication).
