Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various quality related day to day problems occurring in sampling process, factory production to shipment.
∎ Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero defect culture in the factory.
∎ Identify causes and take actionable steps to improve product quality and enhance buyer satisfaction.
∎ Review product performance specs & test procedures of all product categories.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Finishing, Sample, Store and other related departments.
∎ Follow up on size set, pre-production activities, in line and final inspection with proper documentation.
∎ Dealing with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control / audit, in line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
∎ To plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with merchandising team and production people.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following categories men's, ladies, children and kids wear product safety and process controls.
∎ The candidate should have experienced in the field of Sample Section, print, embroidery, washing, Pattern Maker & QA

∎ Must have vast knowledge in Woven bottom garments.
∎ Must be good in English both Reading and Writing.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara / near Uttara will get high preference.
∎ Applicant who will be selected must be ready to join immediately.
∎ Please note: Applicant who does not have experience in quality of woven-bottom need not to apply.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
