∎ Job Location :Chaydana , Boardbazar , Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring update of required data of H&M in the Factory;
∎ Conducting Internal Audit Daily Basis;
∎ To follow up Minimum Requirements (MR )of H&M Buyer;
∎ To train up Quality Inspector Daily Basis ;
∎ To Follow up PO wise all Quality Report of Sewing Department weekly basis ;
∎ Conducting Internal QS Audit Monthly basis;
∎ Conducing Dummy ISC Twice a Month;
∎ To arrange Needle Controller Training Monthly basis;
∎ To Follow up MR wise material requisition monthly;
∎ To Share SRM Demand & Commitment Data with H&M;
∎ To Follow up Audit according to Random Buyer Check list (Quality & Technical Part);
∎ To check light box procedure & train up light box OP.;
∎ To check fabric Inspection procedure & training up related person ;
∎ To segregate shade, and follow up shade blanket/ country Plan/ report;
∎ To follow up fabric shrinkage & twisting report & train up quality inspectors;
∎ To follow up accessories inspection report and all accessories storage procedure ;
∎ To follow up nickel test, pull test report ;
∎ To follow up needle detector procedure & needle detector M/C operator training; and
∎ To follow up metal zone procedure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Minimum 03 years working experience with H&M customer in any manufacturing unit.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and detail-minded.
∎ Good communication skills, hardworking & Can do attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
