Educational Requirements:
∎ CA(CC) / M. Com Accounting from Gov Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking style wise pre-costing before offering price to customer & preparing post costing considering all spent to check the profit/loss status.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts.
∎ Checking and preparing factory local purchase requisition.
∎ Preparing all kinds of factory bill & voucher and ensure entry to software on regular basis.
∎ Preparing monthly sales, purchase, inventory Report.
∎ Verifying delivery challan carefully and ensuring challan match with delivery.
∎ Counting and preparing monthly inventory report
∎ Generating various finance and accounting related reports and submitting it to head of Department.
∎ Checking requisition with as implantation with practical use.
∎ Any other jobs as & when assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ At least 2 year(s) working experience at Audit Dept in RMG Sector.
∎ Analytically competent for quick decision making.
∎ Highly conversant both in oral and written communications.
∎ Should have capacity to drive both team, individual and communicate effectively with positive influence to drive.
∎ Excellent presentation skill advance level of computer literacy especially in MS Office.
∎ Preferably in RMG/Export Oriented company.
Salary: Negotiable
