Responsibilities & Context:
∎ *General supervision & technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, Design, Testing and Quality of Production.
∎ *Assuring quality of all products and compliant with technical specification.
∎ *Should have good knowledge on fabric, knit or woven consumptions, costing and quality.
∎ *Able to detarmine & establish technical procedures and quality and both national & international levels.
∎ *Developing quality control processes and designing product specification.
∎ *Understanding customer needs and requirement to development effective quality control processes.
∎ *Devising & reviewing specification for product & processes.
∎ *Setting requirements for row materials or intermediate products for supplier and monitoring their compliance.
∎ *Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviation from quality standards.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary-USD 2000, House Rent-USD 350, Medical-USD 100 & Conveyance -USD 50 or Equivalent BDT Per Month.
