• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our Maintenance & Utilities Department.
• This is a key technical role responsible for ensuring uninterrupted utility operations, equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
• Candidates must have strong practical knowledge and leadership ability to manage day-to-day engineering activities in a factory environment.

Required Technical Expertise: (Applicants must have strong hands-on experience in the following areas)

• Substation Operation & Maintenance (LT/HT systems, switchgear, transformer O&M)
• Generator (Diesel & Gas) operation, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
• Boiler, Air Compressor & Utility Equipment operation & monitoring
• Cooling Tower & Chiller operation and basic troubleshooting
• HVAC Systems operation & routine maintenance
• Online UPS, AVR, Electrical Panels & Power Distribution Systems
• RSC/Accord/Nirapon Electrical Remediation & Compliance Work
• Knowledge of LEED-related activities (energy efficiency, utilities monitoring)
• Strong command in AutoCAD for SLD, LPS, layout & technical drawing preparation
• Ability to lead maintenance teams, handle shifts, assign PM/CM activities & maintain safety protocols
• Strong understanding of electrical safety, lock-out/tag-out, load management & utility cost optimization
• Maintaining documentation for sustainability audits (Higg FEM, Green Factory requirements)
