- We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our Maintenance & Utilities Department.
- This is a key technical role responsible for ensuring uninterrupted utility operations, equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Candidates must have strong practical knowledge and leadership ability to manage day-to-day engineering activities in a factory environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
Required Technical Expertise: (Applicants must have strong hands-on experience in the following areas)
- Substation Operation & Maintenance (LT/HT systems, switchgear, transformer O&M)
- Generator (Diesel & Gas) operation, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
- Boiler, Air Compressor & Utility Equipment operation & monitoring
- Cooling Tower & Chiller operation and basic troubleshooting
- HVAC Systems operation & routine maintenance
- Online UPS, AVR, Electrical Panels & Power Distribution Systems
- RSC/Accord/Nirapon Electrical Remediation & Compliance Work
- Knowledge of LEED-related activities (energy efficiency, utilities monitoring)
- Strong command in AutoCAD for SLD, LPS, layout & technical drawing preparation
- Ability to lead maintenance teams, handle shifts, assign PM/CM activities & maintain safety protocols
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, lock-out/tag-out, load management & utility cost optimization
- Maintaining documentation for sustainability audits (Higg FEM, Green Factory requirements)
