Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct Seasonal woven fabric trend research based on buyer profiles and market forecasts.
Collect woven hanger samples from suppliers/mills aligned with seasonal themes and buyer mood boards.
Prepare trend boards and maintain fabric libraries for design and merchandising reference.
Coordinate with mills, suppliers and internal merchant teams to develop new fabrics as per buyer requirements.
Ensure timely submission of development of woven fabric samples and maintain development trackers
Collect woven fabric prices from multiple sources to ensure competitive costing.
