THE ROLE

You will be joining our team of passionate Quality Assurance Executives in Milvik office. You will be part of a team of over 15 fellow QA executives and your role will be to educate existing customers about the benefits of our mobile-based insurance & healthcare services through calls, recheck every cross functional department communication towards customer through call listening and by doing so meet your daily targets and quality standards.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the quality of sales and customer satisfaction as per quality parameters through outbound calls to the customers daily.

• Listen & handle customer queries about products & service benefits effectively. Also handle customer complaints over calls, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, following communication guidelines and policies; follow up to ensure resolution. If needed raise the issue to concern team.

• Input accurate customer information in the database after every call or call listening.

• Provide feedback to your Line Manager on customer objections and complaints and participate in brainstorming sessions to help us continuously improve our services.

• Follow the Quality guidelines provided by the Team lead and receive training if any shortcomings are found.
