∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Random sampling and checking the quality of RM with due reporting.
∎ Responsible for online quality control of every product.
∎ Ensure packing material quality by random sampling and checking.
∎ Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time-to-time guidelines.
∎ Make a comment on GRN and incorporate the necessary directions.
∎ Supervising RM and Finished Product warehouse and pest control activities.
∎ Prepare an online QC report and immediately communicate with the shift miller and operations manager if any disconformities are found.
∎ Prepare and send moisture calculation reports to the supervisor.
∎ Coordinating with cleaner supervisor regarding cleanliness on workers and inside environment.
∎ Calibration of QC apparatus timely and to inform the concerned person with requirements, if any.
∎ Monthly report on moisture gain on total consumptions of RM.
∎ Visiting customers for handling Quality Control quarries/objections.
∎ Strong vigilance on market return product as prescribed and duly inform to supervisor.
