∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Random sampling and checking the quality of RM with due reporting.
∎ Responsible for on line quality control of every product.
∎ Ensure packing material quality by random sampling and checking.
∎ Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time to time guidelines.
∎ Make a comment on GRN and incorporating necessary directions.
∎ Supervising RM and Finished Product warehouse and pest control activities.
∎ Preparing on line QC report and communicate with shift miller and Operations Manager as well immediately if there is any disconformities found.
∎ Prepare and send moisture calculation report to the supervisor.
∎ Coordinating with cleaner supervisor regarding cleanliness on worker and inside environment.
∎ Calibration of QC apparatus timely and to inform concerned person with necessary requirements, if any.
∎ Monthly report on moisture gain on total consumptions of RM.
∎ Visiting customer for handling Quality Control quarries/objections.
∎ Strong vigilance on market return product as prescribed and duly inform to supervisor.
