Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to plan, run and lead the Quality Department as per buyers’ quality standard.
∎ (AQL, SOP, Manual approved sample etc.).
∎ Building company image by collaborating with customers, organizations of employees, enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Oversee, co-ordinate and promote the company Quality System and product quality improvement process to meet Customer’s requirement.
∎ Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in-house to finish goods.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Working with effective interacts with technical, development and materials relevant to productivity and quality control.
∎ Review promoting and organizing, training activities related to product quality and reliability. Reviewing output sample against the sample and follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Planning promoting and organizing, training activities related to product quality and reliability. Reviewing output samples against the sample and follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Controls and ensures quality of sewing, finishing, packing as per customers’ demand.
∎ Ensure AQL and per Buyer/Customer requirement.
∎ Maintains liaison with merchandising and production department to update about product quality.
∎ Conduct training for quality team about QA standard as per Buyer/Customer requirement.
∎ Make work plan to minimize alter and rejection.
∎ Handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
∎ Manager the monitoring, measurement and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
∎ Lead a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Auditors, Analysts and Technicians.
∎ Work with customers, employees, contractors and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
∎ Report on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
∎ Conduct periodic management review meetings.
∎ Confirm accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
∎ Remain updated on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
∎ Lead the quality team to ensure quality responsibilities.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
