Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
4–5 years of experience in a food production or QC/QA role
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and BSTI food safety standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic lab skills and familiarity with food testing procedures
Responsibilities & Context:
Assurance Farm is a fast-growing food manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality, pure products including yogurt, sweets, ghee, cheese, halal beef, and fresh chicken. To maintain our commitment to quality and safety, we are looking for a skilled Quality Control (QC) / Quality Inspector (QI) to join our Food & Beverage team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production for yogurt, sweets, ghee, cheese, beef, and chicken
Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
Perform microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on raw materials and finished products
Monitor hygiene and food safety practices across the production floor
Maintain accurate QC documentation and reporting
Support the implementation of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, BSTI standards)
