∎ • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
∎ • 4–5 years of experience in a food production or QC/QA role
∎ • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and BSTI food safety standards
∎ • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
∎ • Basic lab skills and familiarity with food testing procedures

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production for yogurt, sweets, ghee, cheese, beef, and chicken
∎ Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
∎ Perform microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on raw materials and finished products
∎ Monitor hygiene and food safety practices across the production floor
∎ Maintain accurate QC documentation and reporting
∎ Support the implementation of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, BSTI standards)

To maintain our commitment to quality and safety, we are looking for a skilled Quality Control (QC) / Quality Inspector (QI) to join our Food & Beverage team.
