Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food science
∎ In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, GMP, and FSMS
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations and industry best practices.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
∎ Develop and implement product development strategies to enhance the company's product portfolio and market share.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and marketing, to develop and launch new products and product improvements.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and customers to develop and implement quality programs and processes.
∎ Arrange and handle internal and external audit and conduct management review meeting.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality control procedures and results.
∎ Analyze product quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and deliver quality and product development training to staff, as needed.
∎ Need to handle the quality management system ( ISO:9001:2015)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software programs.
