∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Risk analysis during sample and initial production.
∎ Responsible for PPM doing with relevant people. Shade checking also given wash standard as per buyer approved comments.
∎ Critical process close monitoring.
∎ (Practical working experiences in Woven/ Denim/ Wash/Garments) leader to guide to achieve the Goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-production inspection conduct.
∎ Technical Audit.
∎ Quality Management System (QMS) Implement and Train up.
∎ Factory QA team Follow up and Training.
∎ Check first output against approved sealer & update tech pack.
∎ Weekly meeting with team to discuss daily issues and updates information.
∎ Co-ordinate with production department for matters on non-conformance of quality issue.
∎ Buyer Communication and Assist.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Washing), QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Washing Factory
∎ Sound working knowledge on MS Office package
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill.
