∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Self-Inspection both Online & Offline using PIVOT and Report Writing ability to Buyer as well as Management.
∎ Ensure factory management MUST follow appropriate production procedure and quality system to achieve buyer’s desired quality standard.
∎ Maintain identification, traceability and preservation of all original samples receiving from the buyer and PP Sample, FIT Sample, TOP Sample etc. approval by the buyer.
∎ Ensure factory management MUST follow through on risk assessment, buyer comments, check and verify all comments from Size Set, conduct Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) and start pilot and bulk production.
∎ Ensure style files and all relevant approvals received by the factory QC department to start the order.
∎ Follow up on sewing line set up and ensure all process controls and correct machines are in place to achieve required quality levels and production output as planned.
∎ Initiate quality improvement projects (sewing, finishing, housekeeping test, fabric) in factories and monitor progress with MIS weekly and monthly.
∎ Conduct in-line, pre-final, packing audit and Final Random Inspection (FRI) as per SOP and make sure customers quality, test, packaging requirements are fully satisfied and ensure no potential risks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sr. QC/QC experience particularly on Denim of 10-12 years out of 15 years in required.
∎ Applicant who has experience in handling direct buyer are allowed to apply.
∎ Applicants who are not working in Trading/Buyer Liaison House need not to apply.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara area is preferable as Office is located in Uttara area.
∎ Must have sound Knowledge about technical aspects of Denim wash.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Denim Garments finishing process for shipment
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS office, email and Internet.
∎ Excellent command over English (written and spoken) is highly desired.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 55000 (Monthly)
