Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
∎ No third class or equivalent in the education career.

∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison between production and QC closely for proper guidance to the continuation of production.
∎ Perform the chemical analysis of raw salt, Brine, mother liquor and finished salt regularly as per the demand of the production department to follow up the operational procedure smoothly.
∎ Checking the sludge percentage of saturated brine in CL-l & CL-2 every 30 minutes interval when the production is going on.
∎ Checking the Salt concentration of mother liquor (Eva~1 - Eva-4) and checking the pH value in every hour.
∎ • Checking the packing material. packing quality and the weighing of finished salts as business' requirement.
∎ As per requirements of production department responsible for all kinds of dozing (like Flocculent, Lime, Iodine, Anti Foaming, Anti-caking agent, Descaling, etc.) properly also supervise and take necessary measures of the hardness 01' boiler and generator feed water as required level by dozing proper chemicals.
∎ Identify & resolve Speedily and efficiently all products complain.
∎ Ensure enough chemicals and reagent for performing the necessary chemicals analysis.
∎ Submit a report regularly on raw salt. brine, mother liquor; contents of Iodine. pH value and quality of finished salt accordingly preserve the documents properly.
∎ Issuance of the certificate of the waste product before disposal/sale by inspecting properly. Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
∎ Manage occupational safety. health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual.
∎ Checking the Salinity of Waste Water every day and keep the record properly.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 1-2 years of industrial experience is preferable.
