Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduates from any discipline.
∎ BBA, MBA or Hon's in English preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
∎ Assistant work, admin work & related all works of Chairman.
∎ Maintain daily production report as per Chairman requirement.
∎ Public relation works of Chairman/EO/ Directors.
∎ Arranging travel, visa and accommodation and take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
∎ Screening phone calls, enquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
∎ Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
∎ Communicate related Govt./Private Agencies.
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
∎ Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
∎ Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
∎ Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
∎ Organizing meetings and ensuring all levels of logistics support.
∎ Perform any other task given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent MS Office and IT skills.
∎ Good organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work on your own initiative.
∎ Ability to work with foreigner.
