Education:
- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science
- Masters in Social Science/Relavent Field.

- At least 7 years experience in project management related to Persons with disabilities.
- Language proficiency must be good in both Bangla and English
- Good communication skill
- Skilled In coordination and networking.
- Must maintain good manners and behavior with the patient and colleagues. Must have the capacity to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context: Responsible for:
- A. Administrative and implementing Responsible for ensuring the successful and overall implementation of the Government demonstration project.
- To provide technical, strategic and administrative support and supervise different level staff.
- Organize services to increase access, availability and quality healthcare to the population living in remote places who are persons with disabilities.
- Support the implementation of suitable education approaches for children and persons with disabilities in hard to reach areas.
- Responsible for supporting the Self Help Groups (SHG)s of persons with disabilities, building their skills for income generating activities or livelihoods.
- To ensure social rights and empowerment of persons with disabilities within their own communities and engage & sensitize various stakeholders.
B. Advocacy:
- Responsible for liaison with government bodies, NGOs, institutions and other stakeholders and advocacy for the issues of inclusion of persons with disabilities.
- Responsible for organizing different levels of advocacy meetings, workshops, and seminars at local level.
- Ensure access to emergency services, including a swift, affordable and effective referral system.
C. Supervision, Monitoring and Documentation:
- Directly supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of all project staff based at the field level. Guiding them with an effective work plan and other logistic support.
- Ensure the effective use of the monthly approved project fund and different event funds, through the preparation of the working budget as per the guidance of the Senior Programme Manager.
- a) Prepare a detailed monthly work plan, b) facilitate the monthly coordination meeting, c) document the process of project activities, challenges etc., d) recommend and communicate with respective line manager/supervisor or appropriate authority as required.
- Prepare different data, reports, and information (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual and specific time-bound or ad-hoc reports), case studies, videos, photographs etc.) as per the requirement of the Senior Programme Manager or instruction of the respective supervisor or Sector Management.
- Develop participatory planning & implementation strategies and a participatory monitoring system for field-level activities.
D. Networking at local level:
- Visit different organizations, and develop better rapport building.
- Assist referral services and in-person visits to referral organizations to ensure better services.
- Coordinate with other departments and participate in different meetings etc.
- Closely communicate with other programs and assist to all programs being implemented to follow the integrity approach.
E. Other:
- Support project team during donor visits, government officials visits, etc.
- Any task assigned by the supervisor or sector management.
Activities:
- Ensure technical, strategic and administrative support and supervise different level staff.
- Ensure proper care operating systems through field visit for who are suffering from physical, neurological and mental challenges.
- Ensure for accessing the inclusive education related to persons with disabilities at community level through household and institutional visit.
- Ensure proper support for the project staff for conducting daily field level activities Self Help Groups (SHG)s, Friendship Community Youth Group (FCYG) etc.
- Regular visit different government department at district and sub-district level along with other stakeholders.
- Organized and facilitate different levels of advocacy meetings, workshops, and seminars at local level.
- Build pathway for proper referral system with government and other services providers.
- Directly supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of all project staff based at the field level.
- Develop and prepare report on different documents.
- Prepare a detailed monthly work plan and assist to other staff in this regard.
- Develop better referral pathway and maintain good liaison.
- Coordinate with other departments and participate in different session.
- Prepare field and support to other team member for donor or government officials visit.
- Any task assigned by the supervisor or sector management.
