Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
Requires minimum of five (5) years of Rooftop commercial solar photovoltaic (at least 2 MW project) design experience.
Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD and Engineering drawing
Advance knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project/Solar Rooftop System.
Effective problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, alongside a commitment to safety and quality
Responsibilities & Context:
GREL looking for hardworking, skilled & self-driven candidates for an immediate appointment for the post of Project Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop solar system design aligned with both company and customer specifications (including Site survey, Electrical Design, calculations & Simulation, DC &AC Cable Design, SLD Design, etc.)
Compile Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM), along with Technical and Financial proposals.
Managing all aspects of solar projects from conception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement and quality control.
Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Providing technical oversight during installation, commissioning and testing phases to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry best practices.
Resolving on-site technical issues and troubleshooting problems that may arise during constructions.
Generating detailed engineering drawings, specifications, project documentation and Preparing progress reports.
Providing technical support and assistance to customers, contractors and sales teams.
Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on solar technology, installation best practices, and maintenance procedures.
Frequent travelling inside and outside of Dhaka
