• Educational Requirements:
• B.Sc in Fisheries and M.Sc in Aquaculture.
• Experience Requirements:
• 5 years (s) of progressive work experience in the development sector.
• Working experience in the Coastal areas of Bangladesh.
• Experienced on Crab culture, crab Health, Feeding of crab, Soft crab in box culture and crab let Health Management. 
• Experienced on Reporting Water Parameter, Feeding Ratio, Feeding Percentage, Feeding Frequency, Production and sale of various Fish, Annual Budget formation, Stock of store management.  

Responsible for: 

• Implementation of the project activities according to the approved plan and budget.
• Maintain a high degree of financial integrity and accountability and ensure adherence to Friendship policies and procedures in program spending and budget monitoring.
• Work with the relevant government agencies to ensure alignment with their priorities, as well as to reach out to Friendship Farmers Club(FFC).
• Manage and supervise the project activities, administrative, procurement, inventory, logistic, and human research of staff members and ensure proper use and maintenance of all kinds of project materials and resources.
• Provide technical support to FFC members regarding climate-adaptive aquaculture, disseminate scientific and adaptive knowledge regarding pond preparation, spacing of fingerlings, feeding management, and maintaining water quality with local methods.
• Build alliances and coordinate partnerships with local agro-focused organizations with significant extension networks to help with farmer mobilization.
• Coordinate Farmer’s groups/association formation and their capacity building, need-based assessment & follow-up to the farmer of crop productions.
• Coordinate & facilitate the different training, workshops, and seminars, organize field days, and demonstration plots at different levels, networking and linkages with NGOs, line agencies, private sectors, local government, and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support to Climate-resilient vegetable cultivation and both their marketing through an applied value chain approach.
• Strengthening, promoting & supervising the project activities providing professional support and leadership to the team, monitoring all activities, and periodic evaluating progress by lessons learned  

Activities: 

• Formation & Functioning of Friendship Farmers Club (FFC).
• Assuring quality control of project activities, including supporting fielded teams, reviewing work deliverables, and providing value-added feedback.
• Conduct a survey to select the beneficiaries according to the guidelines.
• Complete the training schedule and lesson learning session.
• Organize and facilitate training on climate-adaptive aquaculture and livestock production.
• Provide input support to the beneficiaries according to the project plan.
• Demonstration of new agricultural (Fisheries and Livestock) technology with our FCDC and FFC members and motivate them to implement it.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the supervisor.
• Documentation and Reporting.
• Liaison with the different stakeholders.
• Conduct TNA and FINA.
• Monitor and supervise the project activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of IGA and develop entrepreneur.
• Communication and coordination with our internal sector of the organization.
• Any other work set by the authority of the Organization.
