Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, combining project management and site engineering roles in dredging, river works, or heavy infrastructure projects.
Practical experience with IHC Beaver dredgers (Beaver 40/50/65 or equivalent) will be a strong advantage.
Experience working on BIWTA or other government-funded projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of site execution, quantity measurement, and production monitoring.
Ability to independently manage project sites under challenging field conditions.
Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Project-based (Anywhere in Bangladesh) with reporting to Head Office (Hatirpool, Dhaka)

The company operates three IHC Beaver Cutter Suction Dredgers and works closely with government agencies and private clients to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant dredging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of assigned dredging projects, ensuring technical accuracy, targeted production, cost control, and timely completion.
Perform site-level engineering duties, including setting out, quantity calculation, verification of dredging volumes, and coordination with survey teams.
Plan and monitor daily dredging activities using IHC Beaver dredgers, including production targets, pipeline alignment, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization.
Supervise dredger masters, site engineers, surveyors, mechanics, and support crews at project sites.
Track daily production, fuel consumption, downtime, and equipment performance; prepare accurate technical and operational reports.
Resolve on-site technical, operational, and local issues during dredging works, including coordination with local administration and communities to avoid disruption.
Maintain regular coordination with BIWTA, local authorities, port officials, and other stakeholders for smooth execution and compliance.
Ensure preventive maintenance planning and timely repair of dredgers, pontoons, pipelines, and auxiliary equipment in coordination with technical teams.
Prepare and review work programs, method statements, and progress schedules as per contract requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards at project sites.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely availability of fuel, spare parts, consumables, and site materials.
Support Head of Operations in technical clarifications, variation measurements, and progress-related documentation.
