∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Project Management, Project Management Skills, Software Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze production, Identification and solve problems.
∎ Continuous improvement with team performance and training.
∎ Prepare and maintain production reports.
∎ Monitor and review the performance of Production Employees and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between the Production team & Management.
∎ Motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team with efficient ways.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of EXCEL and Google Sheet functionality.
∎ Proficient in English communication.
∎ Highly self-motivated & Quick learner.
∎ Able to clearly communicate issues and areas for improvement to management and direct reports in a timely and easy-to-understand manner.
∎ Able to share and implement best practices.
∎ project manager on any digital production like graphic design, software company will add advantage.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
