∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
∎ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
∎ Any other task from time to time assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in ASU plant operation or project management. Managerial and administrative capacity will be appreciated.
∎ Competent in Office applications (word, excel, power-point) & using Outlook, reporting skills, Good Coordination, leadership, motivation, and team-building abilities.
