Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

The candidate must be proficient in using computers, email, and standard office applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in using ERP software.

Oversee all managerial activities related to the assigned depot, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Liaise regularly with the factory to coordinate and ensure timely dispatch and availability of products at the depot.

Supervise depot-level production processes (where applicable), monitor sales performance, and prepare accurate reports for senior management.

Maintain optimal inventory levels by tracking stock movements, monitoring sales trends, and ensuring timely replenishment.

Plan and manage delivery schedules and vehicle routing for secure and on-time transportation of goods to customers.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base and product reach.

Maintain proper documentation and compliance with all VAT & Tax requirements, including timely preparation and submission of returns.

Ensure all depot transactions are accurately recorded using Dream App ERP and Tally software.

Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including banks, DCT, VAT-Tax offices, Customs, DIEF, and others as required.

Manage depot HR & administrative functions, including attendance, leave, discipline, and performance tracking.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at the depot.

Oversee maintenance of depot infrastructure, security, utilities, and cleanliness.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities in depot operations.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or company management.
