• Plan, organize, and direct project operations to ensure on-time completion within budget and quality standards.

• The candidate will be required to stay on the project overnight, received and record goods, keep and account of all money on site and inform it to the company.

• Identify potential construction-related challenges and provide effective solutions to mitigate risks.

• Including site operations, material management, bill approvals, quality control, and compliance with safety and labor standards.

• Ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and construction best practices.

• Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for construction activities.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, finance, and other departments for project requirements and progress alignment.

• Oversee and ensure smooth functioning and safety compliance within assigned zones.

• Monitor performance of site teams and contractors; provide on-the-job guidance and mentoring to enhance workforce productivity.

• Review project progress reports and ensure timely communication of key updates to senior management.
