Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executives to contribute in generating sales for Chhayatoru Properties Limited. An effective Tele Marketing Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities :

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our about our real estate projects and set meetings with clients for the sales team.
  • Manage, collect and update customer information in the database,
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation,
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information,
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales,
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Any Sales related task and administrative task assigned by the management.
