• MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred)
• The candidate will be required to stay on the project overnight, received and record goods, keep and account of all money on site and pay it to the company.
• Reviewing technical drawings and specifications.

• job stationed on site at Dhaka. will have to stay on site.

• Prepare site progress reports and highlight deviations, delays, or issues for timely intervention Providing technical assistance to the project team.

• Verify the quality and quantity of received materials against specifications and purchase orders.

• Managing project documentation and records.

• Assisting with the identification and management of project risks.

• Ensuring that safety regulations are followed on the project site.

• Communicating with clients and other stakeholders. Ensure construction work aligns with approved drawings and method statements.

• Maintain organized project records, including daily site logs, material delivery notes, drawing revisions, and correspondence.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for information flow and problem resolution
