Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Project & Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional activities to support the organization’s growth across IT, solar, and other business domains.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple domains (IT, solar, or other business verticals).

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

  • Prepare project progress reports, meeting minutes, business pipeline updates, and investment briefs for top management.

  • Monitor project KPIs, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, concept notes, and pitch presentations for potential clients and government entities.

  • Build strategic partnerships with vendors, government agencies, and private organizations.

  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while expanding the client base through effective networking.

3. Proposal & Tender Preparation

  • Lead the preparation of RFP/RFQ responses, bid submissions, and pre-qualification documents in collaboration with technical teams.

  • Ensure all proposals comply with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders regarding project or business-related communications.
