• Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, Treasury, Forex, Nostro, reconciliation, money market, investment, security, repo, reverse repo with a specialization in Banking.

• In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules (Treasury, Securities).

• Strong product knowledge of the mentioned T24 modules is a plus. Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Treasury modules, MT, MX and SWIFTs (advantageous).

• Strong understanding and ability to leverage the Temenos Implementation Methodology for Treasury business implementation for the client.

• Proven track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations for the SWIFT, delivery modules

Essential Skills:

• Temenos T24 Implementation Experience in-depth T24 product knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the T24 modules is a must like treasury.

• The modules are Treasury Modules (including specifics like MM, FX, and Swaps), Securities and SWIFT, Financial Accounting, forward office, back office and middle office.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and configuration advice to our banking clients on Temenos products throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your deep T24 product knowledge and banking expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients as part of large transformation wealth programs. We require strong experience in core banking and/or private wealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations. In-depth T24 product knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the following T24 modules is a must:

• SWIFT
• Treasury Modules (including specifics like MM, FX, treasury process office, money market and instrument, forex and nostro reconciliation, security(repo, reverse repo ect))
• Securities
• Delivery Modules

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Below are the tasks the incumbent should undertake along-side with the business team (to supervise and assist if required): -

• Prepare the product design.
• Conduct the proof publish of the products and others
• Coordinate in the product designing
• Monitor the product design
• Supervise the product design
• Partake in reparation in expediency of the pitfalls or any blunder, if any, committed by any, to avoid any jeopardy of the of the development or the project during Build, SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal till to go -live and post -go-live.

• The incumbent should undertake the implementation as per the signed SOW (and its Annexures) of the T24 re-implementation project and its signed project plan of T24 Re-implementation of R22/latest release and the required modules of the client.
• Lead the Implementation of Treasury modules and its reports.
• The incumbent should have the cognizance of the central bank control points which have reflection in the client's business and the provided solutions thereby.
• Conduct the induction Training (functional/ Technical), BPA Session, Analysis and design Stage.
• Conduct Process led workshop, Configure CCE & Setup the product in the ISB for treasury modules.
• Coordinate with the client to prepare Business Requirement Document FSD, BSDD function of solutions, product parameter, configuration, delta annexed solutions business flow for the Delta preparation.
• Creation & Review of Functional Solution document to finalize and sign off with relevant module.
• Confirm the Scope of Data Migration. Confirm/Preparation of Data Migration Approach Document finalize and sign off.
• Communicate with the client about the work around solution if there is limitation in the core
• Interact with the client to enlighten about their requirement and provide the feasible solution if compatible with the core or provide the work around solution.
• Analyze and resolve Functional errors in T24
• Liaise with users and departmental managers on issues and requirements relating to T24requirements and training
• Lead, Guide and supervise as well as do the hands on of business flow chart diagram and logic and description with the techie, the product Parameterization & configuration, L3 Customization and Local Code retrofitting, report retrofitting in TDH and Analytics reports relevant treasury modules.
• Conduct the Data Migration Analysis, mapping and for the all with treasury modules.
• Conduct supervision and assistance as well as guidance of all cycles of SIT,
• Conduct the supervision and assistance as well as guidance of all cycles of Data Migration Testing and coordinate in the retrofitting to materialize the smooth Data Migration.
