• Minimum 2 Years 3D Experience for Shima Seiki Knitting Machine
• Minimum 5 Years Programming Experience for Shima Seiki Knitting Machine

• Create, modify, and develop Shima Seiki PGM programs for various knit structures and styles.
• Design and execute 3D virtual samples using Shima Seiki SDS-ONE APEX/F system to visualize garment fit, structure, and appearance.
• Interpret design sheets, technical packs, and buyer requirements to produce accurate knitting files.
• Ensure proper conversion of 3D designs into machine-ready PGM programming with correct gauge, stitch, tension, and yarn settings.
• Coordinate closely with Designers, Development Team, and Sample Section to achieve the required sample quality.
• Troubleshoot program issues and optimize machine performance for smooth sample and bulk production.
• Review sample outputs, make necessary corrections in pattern, structure, and program logic to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain an organized library of 2D/3D designs, programs, and related production files for future reference.
• Support new product development and ensure technical feasibility before handing over to production.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and instructions from Manager, Development.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.
