Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Overall responsible for the implementation of activities at Upazila level along with ensuring proper monitoring and evaluation system of Unite for Body Rights Program
∎ 2. Act as a focal person for communicating, coordinating and Updating UBR Upazila through planning, guiding, utilizing budget, timely activities accomplishment, documentation on best practices and updating team members both in Upazila and alliance
∎ Specific roles and responsibilities:
∎ 3. Build capacity of national and branch officers on the logical framework, data management, data analysis and results-oriented programming, monitoring and evaluation methods and principles and report writing techniques and requirements for relevant donors to ensure compliance
∎ 4. Ensure quality of project activities by introducing & adopting appropriate monitoring & supervision system & tools.
∎ 5. Data collection and compilation as per project indicators and logical frame work and verify the validity & consistency of data; keeping project in track
∎ 6. Analyze data using appropriate software to help in decision making for the project management
∎ 7. Ensure periodic qualitative and quantitative reports in timely manner to meet donor and project management requirements
∎ 8. Lead for half-yearly and annual reporting (narrative and quantitative)
∎ 9. Collection and documentation of case studies/stories
∎ 10. Develop/ ensure proper utilization of monitoring tools for implementation of project interventions with quality
∎ 11. Store data using standard database for further reference
∎ 12. Ensure monitoring reports in timely manner to meet donor and project management requirements
∎ Support in implementing Project activities:
∎ 13. Provide technical support to district level for monthly and quarterly planning and implementation
∎ 14. Ensure availability of funds and timely utilization of resources as per district plan.
∎ 15. Train partner organizations in different facets of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
∎ Maintain Monitoring and evaluation:
∎ 16. Assist Program Manager to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on project performance indicators
∎ 17. Conduct field visits in order to ensure quality and quantity of project activities
∎ 18. Tracking progress, analysis of inputs Vs outputs as well as provides feedbacks to local health staffs as necessary
∎ 19. Conduct periodic survey and small studies to determine the achievements in comparing with project objectives & Coordination of processes of (outcome) measurements and evaluations
∎ 20. Facilitate baseline, mid-term and project end evaluation at the respective project site to see the status against project objectives
∎ Coordination and communication:
∎ 21. Act as a focal person for communication with District Officer, coordinating information request and documentation of best practices for internal and external sharing
∎ 22. Attend formal and informal meeting at district level as well as central level
∎ Specific role in alliance:
∎ 23. Directly and actively support the UBR Alliance and partner organizations in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the program in Bangladesh. Besides the day-to-day support to more streamlined PME system for future program
∎ 24. Provide PME-guidance to National Program Coordinator and partner organizations (incl. planning, methods, tools, analysis and interpretation of results), to ensure proper and timely PME-procedures following the requirements of the UBR-2 Logical framework
∎ 25. Objectively, critically and analytically review of results, other figures and reports for quality check
∎ 26. Support partner organizations and the Country Coordinator in the use of digital and online tools and databases
∎ 27. Conduct capacity-building events for partners and community volunteers on data collection process, monitoring tools, methodology and standard reporting format.
∎ 28. Conduct, formulate and implement PMEL capacity development plan for country alliances; training, coaching, providing feedback on support questions from partner organizations and National Program Coordinator (NPC).
∎ 29. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 38000 (Monthly)
