∎ Supervise and lead production staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
∎ Foster a positive and productive working environment.
∎ Oversee daily production activities to meet quality standards and production goals.
∎ Monitor workflow, adjust schedules, and allocate resources to meet production demands.
∎ Ensure efficient operation of machinery and production lines.
∎ Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Implement corrective actions to prevent production errors.
∎ Identify areas for improving efficiency and reducing waste.
∎ Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and maintenance activities.
