Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc preferably in Chemistry & Mechanical Engineering from any Public or accredited Private University. Educational qualification will be relaxed for person with highly relevant experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent's duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Prepare/sketch out production plan/schedule, as per instruction of the management.
∎ Monitor overall production processes and adjust schedules, as needed;
∎ Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
∎ Work out plan for the human and material resources needed for smooth operation of the unit/factory;
∎ Estimate costs and set the quality standards of products;
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmer;
∎ Ensure through proper maintenance that all machines and equipments are in good condition and of best use for production.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines for men and machines are complied properly;
∎ Lead, guide and maintain good inter-personal relationship with all under supervision and stakeholders outside.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must have very good knowledge and working experience in production of any of these products- e.g., Condensed Milk, Mineral Water, Atta/Maida/Suji, etc. in similar plant/factory.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Should be Computer literate.
Salary: Negotiable
