• Ability to do shift (day & Night) work.

• Proven knowledge and experience to manage shift.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication abilities.

• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of label printing and packaging and its procedures, and ensue that the person is followed during the shift.

• Coordinating staff breaks and shift changes smoothly to avoid any interruption to the workflow.

• Keeping track of inventory and managing supplies to ensure the shift runs efficiently without shortages.

• Preparing detailed shift reports based on planning that include staff performance, any incidents, machine output, breakdown/setup/make ready time and resource usage.

• Training new employees and coaching existing employees to ensure everyone is up-to-date with the latest operational practices and technologies as well as factory compliance.

• Ensuring all safety regulations are followed and that all staff are equipped with necessary safety sensors and knowledge.

• Resolves employees conflicts by discussing with HR/Compliance and ensure production floor noiseless.

• Work with PMC closely for each product line output, record, compare & share feedback to team/individuals.

• Enhance knowledge on compliance, fire safety and HR rules to provide right feedback to employees.

• Maintain overall factory safety by monitoring security specially in night shift.
