Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Engineering and Technology or Nutrition and Food Science from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and monitor production as per schedule.
∎ Manage smooth plant operation with minimum changeover and material wastage
∎ Ensure SOP based operation for all machine.
∎ Evaluate performance and ensure necessary training for operators and workers of production unit.
∎ Maintain proper hygiene, safety, sanitation in production unit guided by ISO 22000:2018
∎ Prepare monthly production reports (e.g. wastage cost percentage, raw material values, finished goods values, direct labor values, machine breakdown with time etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Food Production ( preferably in Toast & Dry Cake)
