Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily production operations as per schedule and ensure efficiency & quality.
Manage smooth plant operations minimizing changeovers & material wastage.
Ensure all machines operate in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain production records and report on key metrics.
Evaluate performance and provide necessary training for operators and production unit workers.
Maintain proper hygiene, safety, sanitation in the production unit according to standards.
