∎ Jute Tech or B.Sc or H.Sc. with minimum 5 years of experience.
∎ Fresh Jute Tech/ B.Sc / H.Sc candidates may also apply. Fresher will be trained up on the above subject.
∎ Remuneration - Depends on the experience and qualification of the candidates.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Machine Operator, Operation, Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production officers must know the standards of quality set at every processing stage and apply himself fully so as not to deviate from such standards.
∎ The processing machines are balanced. Officers must take care that next stage of processing machines are not going idle for lack of supply of material.
∎ Pre-set standard of production and target efficiency to be achieved.
∎ Utilisation of machines to the fullest.
∎ Man power to be utilized to the fullest.
∎ Generation of waste to be kept at minimum .
∎ To handle the workers tactfully without breaking the rules. At the same time Officer must have the capability of taking out the best from them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be loyal and obedient to the Superiors.
∎ Must achieve highest level of cleanliness of the machines and work area.
∎ Innovative ideas for development will always be appreciated.
Salary: Negotiable
