Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement appropriate production plan and strategy for existing responsible products as well as against market demand
∎ Submit requisition of raw materials to store department
∎ Prepare reports on finished goods status, daily and monthly consumption rate
∎ Ensure finished goods production as per production plan
∎ Proper utilization of manpower and materials
∎ Maintain highest standard of quality and Skill development in the floor
∎ Achieve production standards with quality in respective shifts
∎ Reduce wastage to achieve continuous cost improvement
∎ Implement and achieve shift wise production planning
∎ Any other job related to production
