Job Context:
∎ Premiaflex Plastics Limited is a subsidiary of ACI Limited. The factory of the company is located at Sreepur, Gazipur. We are a growth-oriented company of flexible packaging manufacturer in Bangladesh, supplying quality printed flexible packaging material using fully automated Roto-Gravure Printing technologies for various forms of laminates with foil, film and paper. Our operations expanded rapidly to meet the ever-growing needs of the local market. Quality, together with consistency and reliability are adding more and more sophisticated printing and packaging machinery and equipment to deal with the increasing demands of quality packaging products in our country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead in determining the tests and necessary evaluation to assure the satisfactory quality of raw materials and finished goods by using sophisticated test machines like Color Spectrophotometer, Moisture analyzer, Universal tensile tester, COF tester, Hot Tack tester, Leak tester, Rub tester, Dart impact tester, MFI machine, Lightfastness (LF) test machine, MVTR & OTR test machine, etc.
∎ Standardize the quality parameters of raw and packaging materials and develop test and evaluation procedures and systems for quality checks and approval.
∎ Lead the product & Packaging development functions e.g., explore, implement, design, and develop new products and packaging as per customer need and business need for cost-saving, improving quality, creating alternatives, etc.
∎ Develop new vendors for raw and packaging materials and improve the system, procedures for existing vendors.
∎ Verify and approve all customer designs (Artworks/shade card) before starting production and corresponding with customer and cylinder maker in case of any correction/changes as required.
∎ Conduct Supplier Audit and qualification as per ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Sedex, etc. & new supplier selection.
∎ Maintain documentation for current international packaging regulations including but not limited to REACH, ROHS, FDA, EU reg. 10/2011 and all amendments etc.
∎ Take the lead in case of any quality complaint by Root Cause analysis and take necessary CAPA to address any customer complaints closed in time.
∎ Ensure implementation of quality and food safety strategy as per regulatory and company requirements.
∎ Ensure conformance by conducting training to personnel regarding Quality, product safety, wastage saving, GMP awareness, HACCP, Personnel health hygiene, environmental and occupational health safety management system, etc.
