Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc or M. Sc in Food Technology/Nutritional Sciences/Chemistry.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for more experienced person.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee the multiple product production process i.e. Auto Biscuit, Cake, Cookies, Snakes, Noodles, Sauce and Drinks Powder and sketch out a production schedule.
∎ To set standard manpower based on production schedule for achieving targeted output.
∎ Handling floor in-charge, machine operators, supervisor & workers properly.
∎ Responsible for all In process Quality Assurance Activities (IPQA) on the production floor including quality oversight.
∎ To write and prepare daily production report, breakdown report and other checklist provided in production floor.
∎ To control production cost reducing wastage as well as proper utilization of manpower.
∎ To check standard output of finished goods as per materials consumption.
∎ To check & maintain log book used in production floor.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have interest to work in shifting duty.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food /Beverage/ /Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
