• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Networks and Communications using Windows Server, Cisco Network Switches, IP Phones, CCTV Camera and Sound Systems.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux,).

• Understanding of computer hardware, virtualization, and system architecture.

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and system security.

• Preferred Skills and Competencies.

• Experience with server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Network Design & Implementation:
• Design, configure, and deploy LAN, MAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, PAN and internet connectivity solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and load balancers.
• Ensure proper network architecture, scalability, and redundancy.
• Network Monitoring & Maintenance:
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity using network monitoring tools.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching of network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Network Security:
• Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access control policies.
• Ensure protection against unauthorized access, malware, and cyber threats.
• Support compliance with ICT security policies and standards.
• System & Service Support:
• Coordinate with server, system, and application teams to ensure smooth ICT operations.
• Provide network support for email systems, ERP, MIS, VoIP, and cloud services.
• Assist in data center and disaster recovery network planning.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain updated network diagrams, configurations, IP addressing plans, and technical documentation.
• Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.
• User & Vendor Support:
• Provide technical support and guidance to ICT staff and end users when required.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and service providers for network services and troubleshooting.
