Experience:

Experience in managing B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales is essential.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of executing sales strategies, driving sales performance, and meeting targets.
Proficiency in sales operations, Microsoft Office applications and a strong understanding of the bulk sales sector will be significant advantages.
Excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
Good interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
We value skills and practical abilities over formal academic qualifications, though relevant experience in bulk sales is highly appreciated.
Candidates with 13 to 15 years of experience in bulk sales of products like atta, maida, sooji, wheat bran, lentils, besan, puffed rice, drinking water, spices etc. are preferred.

Star Line Group is looking for smart, enthusiastic professionals with vast experiences in bulk sales of products like atta, maida, sooji, wheat bran, lentils, besan, puffed rice, drinking water, spices etc. A Head of Sales (Bulk) is a senior commercial executive & shall be responsible for driving business-to-business (B2B) volume sales, managing institutional accounts and overseeing large distribution channels. He must focus on developing strategic growth plans, optimizing bulk pricing models, and leading teams to scale market share and revenue.

Job Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and engage potential wholesale buyers, distributors, and bulk purchasers to expand the company's market reach
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure account retention, high customer satisfaction, and repeat business
Present tailored sales proposals, negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to close high-volume deals while protecting profit margins
Coordinate directly with the operations, warehousing, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bulk goods
Systematically execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for your assigned territory.
Track competitor pricing, monitor industry trends, and maintain detailed records of sales activities and forecasts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
