∎ B. Sc in EEE/ME/ChE/IPE from any Public/reputed private University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly production output are maintained
∎ Ensure monthly inventory are maintained properly with Production software
∎ Maintain QMS, EMS and OHSAS policy and procedure strictly
∎ Team management and sub-ordinate development
∎ Monitoring and evaluating staff performance
∎ Focus on product cost reduction, scrap reduction, over time minimization
∎ Identify process bottle neck and provide recommendation to improve the process
∎ Proper manpower and resource utilization
∎ Ensure Machine cleaning and better house-keeping
∎ Ensuring the highest levels of quality are met
∎ Communicating job expectations to staff
∎ Conducting training for continued skills improvement
∎ Fostering a productive working environment
∎ Ensuring adherence to company and industry regulations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 37 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Possess the ability to lead and motivate a team of people to succeed by utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles including leading by example, setting objectives and defining responsibilities to give a clear sense of direction
∎ Ability to build effective relationships with work colleagues
∎ Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives
