∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible for managing production related all activities of a production unit of 20-25 lines (consisting 450-500 machines) of the garments factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ The ideal candidates have to ensure timely production of knit garments as per production planning & shipment plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates should have hands on experience to work with IE/Work Study.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which 3 years in Manager Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere & result oriented
