Job Context:
∎ Hats and Caps production activity and target production achievement by monitoring, analyze of production plan including scheduling and coordinating with planning team and merchandising team including top management
∎ Job Location: Chattogram EPZ, Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Hats and Caps production schedule in collaboration with the merchandising department
∎ To monitor and control all production processes of Hats and Caps in the Hats and Caps division
∎ To monitor production target every hour of the day
∎ Report top management about daily & total production status according to order and style
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department
∎ To check layout plan of Hats and Cap in order to achieve maximum production
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving Hats and Cap production target in order to implement the production schedule
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason
∎ If failure to achieve Hats and Caps production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-chief and take necessary action immediately
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program
∎ To ensure compliance practice in production floor like sharp tools controlling, obstruction of aisles and cooperation work with QC team, IE team to ensure factory always ready for Production, QMS & CSR audits
∎ Coordination work with Sustainability, HR & Merchandising team for Sustainable activity
∎ To follow the principle of cost-minimizing for hats and caps division
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Applicants must have experience in woven garments manufacturing experiences
∎ Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
∎ Able to team work with local & foreign management
∎ Working under pressure
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
