Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (Hons.)/ M.Sc in Fisheries/ Marine Science/ Biotechnology from any recognized public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the manufacturing process and make sure that production lines are running smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Maximize capacity utilization through effective planning and execute the overall production process accordingly.
∎ Direct, supervise and manage the safe and hygienic production activities within the factory associates by ensuring frequent coordination with different departments.
∎ Lead plant production and maintenance personnel in day to day activities to ensure the efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.
∎ Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ Plans, organizes. Implements and monitors work schedule/external suppliers consistent with the normal needs of the plant and special, projects.
∎ Analysis all chemical tests, microbiological and physical test for raw materials, packing materials, in-process product and finished goods.
∎ To justify the raw materials quality at receiving time.
∎ To responsible of quality control of complete feed and raw materials.
∎ To develop and modify least cost qualitative feed formulation.
∎ Proper management reporting as required.
∎ Must know the regulatory requirement of Govt. policies in production of feed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having working knowledge on chemical and microbial analysis for oils, powders, flour, in-process product, finished product and so on.
∎ 2-3 years practical experience in the same post will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
