Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and business growth.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the beverage sales team to maximize performance.
Expand distribution networks and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retail partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
Conduct regular market visits and support field sales operations.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Implement trade promotions and sales campaigns effectively.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent market execution.
